Daniela teaches Pilates in her home studio using specialist Pilates equipment, either 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 sessions.

She also teaches in an Osteopathic Practice. The combination of Osteopathic treatments has proved to be a successful method of creating long term stability.

She teaches beginners and continuers classes at the Brighton Natural Health Centre and in Lewes at the Subud Centre, Station Street.
