Daniela is a qualified Polestar Pilates Instructor, First Nature Coach and Dance Movement Therapist.

She has been teaching movement since the eighties and has been involved with Pilates for 7 years.

As well as teaching classes, she is able to offer personal and semi private sessions using studio equipment.
